These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of 11click, a digital visiting card platform provided by YRHP INDIA. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of 11click, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or have guardian consent
• You have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your business
• You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations

2. Our Services

11click provides the following services:

• Digital visiting card creation and hosting
• QR code generation linked to your digital card
• NFC card setup and activation
• Admin dashboard to manage your profile, reels, and blog
• Analytics and contact tracking features

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and up-to-date profile information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

YRHP INDIA cannot be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use 11click to:

• Post false, misleading, or defamatory content
• Impersonate any person or organization
• Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Violate any intellectual property rights
• Use the platform for spam, phishing, or illegal activities
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the 11click platform — including logos, design, code, and text — is owned by or licensed to YRHP INDIA and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You retain ownership of the content you upload to your profile (photos, text, links). By uploading content, you grant YRHP INDIA a non-exclusive license to display that content as part of operating the platform.

You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of our platform without written permission.

6. Payments & Plans

Certain features of 11click require a paid subscription. Payment terms:

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes
• Payments are due at the time of purchase unless agreed otherwise
• Plan upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the billing cycle

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or engage in behaviour harmful to our platform or other users. You may also cancel your account at any time by contacting us.

Upon termination, your profile and data may be deleted after a grace period as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YRHP INDIA shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our platform
• Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Actions of third-party integrations or services

Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gujarat, India.
